Includes assessment and variation of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, myotonic/myofascial release, relaxation massage, prenatal massage on a PREGO pillow depending on the injury/case/condition such as chronic pain, acute injuries, frozen shoulder, sciatica, headaches/migraines, carpal tunnel, etc.

Massage Therapy Treatment

Full body passive stretching therapy is performed by an RMT. The goal is to stretch the muscles and provide recovery after any type of workouts/activities or after prolonged sitting. Remedial exercises will be provided during the session. The therapy is done with clothes on. Can be billed under Massage Therapy Treatment to the insurance.

Full Body Stretching Therapy/Remedial Exercise

It’s NOT a SPA procedure. Face and scalp massage helps with headaches and migraines. Also, Facial massage helps promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better. 
Treatment may include one or more of the following: Swedish massage, cupping, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage. 
FYI: Some techniques might be slightly uncomfortable.

Facial/scalp massage/treatment

Prenatal massage is safe and done from first weeks all the way to your due date. Our therapist are trained to help with stress or pain related with pregnancy. We use a prego pillow for your massage, so clients can stay face down during the treatment, it’s safe and comfortable.
