Deep Tissue

Full body passive stretching therapy is performed by an RMT. The goal is to stretch the muscles and provide recovery after any type of workouts/activities or after prolonged sitting. Remedial exercises will be provided during the session. The therapy is done with clothes on. Can be billed under Massage Therapy Treatment to the insurance.

Full Body Stretching Therapy/Remedial Exercise

It’s NOT a SPA procedure. Face and scalp massage helps with headaches and migraines. Also, Facial massage helps promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better. 
Treatment may include one or more of the following: Swedish massage, cupping, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage. 
FYI: Some techniques might be slightly uncomfortable.

Facial/scalp massage/treatment

Indian Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the muscles of the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. There are 107 Marma (vital points) in our body. Out of which we can find  37 marmas in head and neck. Traditional Indian Ayurvedic head massage focus on  massaging this vital points that is present in our head neck, shoulders and upper back. It will help to reduce headache, jaw pain, reduce tension stress, improves hair and scalps condition, reduce muscle tension.
It is believed that it helps to sustain the flow of energy throughout the body and remove blocks from the energy channels of the body. Overall it will help you to improve your physical and mental health. (Hot/warm oil is used during the treatment).

Indian Head Massage

Prenatal massage is safe and done from first weeks all the way to your due date. Our therapist are trained to help with stress or pain related with pregnancy. We use a prego pillow for your massage, so clients can stay face down during the treatment, it’s safe and comfortable.
