Out of which we can find  37 marmas in head and neck. Traditional Indian Ayurvedic head massage focus on  massaging this vital points that is present in our head neck, shoulders and upper back. It will help to reduce headache, jaw pain, reduce tension stress, improves hair and scalps condition, reduce muscle tension.
It is believed that it helps to sustain the flow of energy throughout the body and remove blocks from the energy channels of the body. Overall it will help you to improve your physical and mental health. (Hot/warm oil is used during the treatment).

Prenatal massage is safe and done from first weeks all the way to your due date. Our therapist are trained to help with stress or pain related with pregnancy. We use a prego pillow for your massage, so clients can stay face down during the treatment, it’s safe and comfortable.
